We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

Where We Deliver

Blaze Craze delivers to all seven emirates within the United Arab Emirates, to both residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Charges

• Standard next-day delivery — AED 25 across the UAE.
• Same-day delivery (Dubai) — AED 30, for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
• Remote areas — AED 45 (see the remote-area list below).
• Free delivery on orders of AED 799 and above.

Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Cut-off Times

• Same-day delivery (Dubai only): place your order before 11:00 AM and it is delivered the same day.
• Next-day delivery (all emirates, including Dubai): place your order before 2:00 PM and it is delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on a Sunday, or on a UAE public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Days and Hours

Our courier partner delivers Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. There are no deliveries on Sundays or on UAE public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed.

Same-day Express Delivery (Dubai)

For customers within Dubai we offer a same-day Express Delivery service:

• Rate: AED 30, for parcels up to 5 kg.
• Available for Dubai-to-Dubai shipments only.
• Order before 11:00 AM to qualify for same-day delivery.
• Dubai orders placed after 11:00 AM are delivered the next day when placed before 2:00 PM.

Express Delivery applies to Dubai addresses only. Orders to all other emirates are handled under our standard delivery schedule.

Remote Areas — AED 45

Some remote locations in the UAE are served on fixed days of the week rather than daily, and carry a delivery charge of AED 45. If your address falls in one of the areas below, your delivery will arrive on the next scheduled day for that zone.

Abu Dhabi — Western Region

• Monday and Thursday — Ghayathi zone: Bad Al Matawa, Al Nadra, Al Hmara, Baraka, Al Sila
• Tuesday and Friday — Madinat Zayed zone: Habshan, Bainuona, Liwa, Asab, Hameem
• Wednesday and Saturday — Ruwais zone: Mirfa, Abu Al Bayad, Al Hamra, Jabel Al Dhani

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah — Outer Areas

Monday, Tuesday and Friday: Hatta (Dubai), Nazwa (Dubai), Lehbab (Sharjah), Madam (Sharjah), Masfout (Ajman), Wadi Al Shiji (Ras Al Khaimah), Al Showka (Ras Al Khaimah)

Al Ain — Outer Areas

Tuesday and Friday: Nahil, Sawehan, Al Dahra, Al Qua, Al Wagan

All other addresses in the UAE are served on our standard daily schedule.

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a second email with your tracking details. You can also follow your order at any time from your Order Dashboard when logged in to your Blazecraze.ae account.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address and mobile number are complete and correct — incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will contact you to arrange a second attempt.

Delays

Blaze Craze is not responsible for delays caused by courier operational issues, weather, public holidays, or incorrect address details supplied at checkout. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email us at ask@blazecraze.ae and we will trace it for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at ask@blazecraze.ae within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Returns

Returns within the UAE are free — we cover the courier collection cost. See our Return Policy for full details on eligibility and how to start a return.
