Thank you for shopping at Blazecraze.ae. We want you to feel confident and empowered in every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process under the guidance of UAE Consumer Protection laws.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Free from makeup, cosmetics, perfume and deodorant marks
• Returned with all original tags and labels attached
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by a valid Blaze Craze order record or digital invoice

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items marked Final Sale or clearance
• Customized, altered, hemmed or tailored items
• Accessories, bodysuits or undergarments

How to Make a Return?

1. Log in to your account at Blazecraze.ae.
2. Go to your Order Dashboard, select the item(s) you would like to return and click “Initiate Return.”
3. We’ll arrange collection. A courier will collect your return directly from your UAE address.

Free Returns Within the UAE

Returns are free. Blaze Craze covers the courier collection cost for all eligible returns within the UAE.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect the item and notify you once your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different size? You can request a size exchange for the same style, subject to availability.
Simply request an exchange through your Order Dashboard or email ask@blazecraze.ae and we’ll assist you.
