Delivery

• We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE.
• Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There are no deliveries on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
• Standard next-day delivery: AED 25 across the UAE.
• Same-day delivery (Dubai): AED 30 — order before 11:00 AM. Dubai-to-Dubai only.
• Remote areas: AED 45, served on fixed days of the week. See our Shipping Policy for the full zone schedule.
• Free delivery on orders of AED 799 and above.

Delivery cut-off times:

• Same-day delivery (Dubai only): order before 11:00 AM and it arrives the same day.
• Next-day delivery (all emirates, including Dubai): order before 2:00 PM and it arrives the next day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on a Sunday, or on a UAE public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• A second email with tracking details is sent when your parcel is handed to the courier.
• You can follow your order at any time from your Order Dashboard when logged in to your account.

Returns and Exchanges

• You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from makeup or perfume marks, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Returns are free within the UAE — we cover the courier collection cost.
• Start a return from your Order Dashboard, or email us at ask@blazecraze.ae.
• Final sale items, customised or altered items, accessories, bodysuits and undergarments cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return reaches us we inspect the item and notify you when your refund is approved.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
